Steel windows are manufactured generally in accordance with BS 6510:2002.

All our products are purpose made from various suites of profiles to suit most applications ranging from single paned 'hole in the wall' installations, to multiframed composite assemblies for both fire rated and non-fire rated installations.

All windows manufactured by REA Metal Windows are produced from 100% recycled steel & come with life guarantee on the galvanised steel frame.

ENERGY CONSERVATION - PART L

The requirements of Part L (England & Wales), Part J (Scotland) & Part F (Northern Ireland) of the building regulations for thermal performance can be met by steel windows. U-value simulations and calculations for both residential and commercial styles of standard reference units show that REA steel windows, glazed with appropriate insulating glass units, can meet the current building regulations.
