Rea Metal Windows were required to replace the original steel windows in this 1930’s art deco Grade II listed café while the café remained open for service. This included an ice cream servery window specially designed for this project.

The original single glazed windows were in a very poor state of repair, many of which no longer opened. The windows were replaced with slim line double glazed REAW20 steel windows into new timber sub-frames to retain the existing character of the building and offering a much improved thermal performance, while also offering minimal maintenance.
